Just getting started... again.

I tried following in my brothers foot steps, bought rental property, had trouble with renters, sold rental property for a loss so the bank would not take it. So now I am in the towing bussiness... sort of, any advice on insurance would help me a lot.

I failed... again... but have not lost hope.
|
After working on cars, I tried making money with rental property. It went well for several years, on paper I was almost a millionaire, but really almost a million in debt. And nowhere close to the lifestyle because I kept buying more property. Then I had a succession of bad non-paying renters... a couple years of this then my creditors wanted money... so I sold my rental properties for a loss, and now owe almost $100,000 on what I do not own. And before this I had almost $100,000 in the bank.
